Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent)
- Perform construction activities according to project requirements and job role.
- Adhere to site rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Use tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and safely.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and site managers.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards on site.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant construction experience ranging from entry-level to highly experienced.
- Knowledge of construction site safety and PPE requirements.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to work on fixed-term contracts or project-based assignments.
- Valid South African ID.
- Trade certificates, qualifications, or tickets (where applicable) will be advantageous.
Location
Positions are available at various construction sites across the Western Cape, including Cape Town, Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, West Coast, Paarl, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, and surrounding areas.
