Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Qualification: An undergraduate qualification in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management, Operations, Human Resources, or Business Management at an NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
- Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 7 in relevant fields such as Bachelor of Administration, Business Administration, or B-Tech.
- Experience: One year of clerical experience, client, and customer service experience is advantageous.
- Driver’s License: A valid Code 10 driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills. Basic computer literacy and report writing skills are essential.
