Purpose of the Job
The Mobile Officer will supervise and administer the daily operations of civic services functions within the Mobile Offices, ensuring that all citizens have access to essential services such as Identity Documents, Birth, Marriage, Death, and Passport applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision and Administration: Oversee daily operations, including Identity Document, Birth, Marriage, Death, and Passport application processes.
- Operations Monitoring: Manage operations at various service points, ensuring efficient queue management and daily office operations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the mobile unit’s safety and operational readiness.
- Client Services: Facilitate the provision of client services at designated service points and operate specialized equipment in both the front and back offices.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Civic Services frameworks.
- Resource Supervision: Manage both human and physical resources within the unit.
