Requirements
Qualifications
- BSc Honours in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related fields is required; MSc preferred.
- Desirable experience includes next-generation sequencing (NGS), PCR, qPCR, gene cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, recombinant protein expression and purification, and enzyme characterization.
- Knowledge of DNA-modifying enzymes and NGS data analysis is advantageous.
