Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
