Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage.
