Responsibilities:
- Provide provisioning administration services in support of the unit’s operational requirements.
- Determine needs, meet specific supply demands, and exercise documentary control over goods, equipment, materials, facilities, and services.
- Receive, distribute, preserve, and repackage stock for safe storage; issue and finalize vouchers; prepare and print receipt vouchers; handle routine inquiries; and register demands on stock sub-accounts in line with CALMIS MMS procedures.
- Control stock items in warehouses to prevent losses, maintain accurate registers, charts, and record books to monitor stock levels, and initiate replenishment when necessary.
- Keep stores neat and orderly, update directives, acts, regulations, and manuals relevant to provisioning, and handle routine correspondence and records of autonomous activities.
- Perform basic calculations, compile statistics, and draft and process letters, notices, memoranda, and submissions.
- Support the effective functioning of internal services, accounting, transport, and depot administration by ensuring compliance with prescribed procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to efficient logistical and administrative operations within the unit.
