Admin Clerk: Immovable Asset Register (GIS)

Salary: R228,321 per annum
Requirements: A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge: Computer literacy, decision-making skills, negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Relevant work experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Immovable Asset Management is an advantage.
Duties:
- Support the Assistant Director and Deputy Director with GIS activities related to mapping and verification of Immovable Assets.
- Extract, digitize, and load state-owned assets in the Mobile Immovable Asset Register (MIAR) system.
- Assist field workers with physical verification queries.
- Monitor improvements within state-owned properties and ensure accurate recording in the IAR.
- Verify documents from various sources.
