Administrative Support: Asset Register Management

Salary: R228,321 per annum

Requirements: A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.

Knowledge: Report writing skills, good interpersonal relations, general office administrative skills, basic numeracy, and computer literacy.

Duties:

  • Support the effective management of the workflow of the component.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding outstanding information and issues.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Manage due dates of correspondence and visitors.
  • Prepare documentation for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Administer office correspondence and manage filing of documents.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Process forms and documents related to claims, payments, and invoices.
  • Check and verify budget breakdown captured on BAS.
  • Capture requests on LOGIS and confirm availability of funds.
