Administrative Support: Asset Register Management

Salary: R228,321 per annum
Requirements: A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge: Report writing skills, good interpersonal relations, general office administrative skills, basic numeracy, and computer literacy.
Duties:
- Support the effective management of the workflow of the component.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding outstanding information and issues.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes.
- Manage due dates of correspondence and visitors.
- Prepare documentation for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Administer office correspondence and manage filing of documents.
- Arrange travel and accommodation.
- Process forms and documents related to claims, payments, and invoices.
- Check and verify budget breakdown captured on BAS.
- Capture requests on LOGIS and confirm availability of funds.
