Provisioning Administration Clerk – Supply Chain Management

Requirements: Grade 12/Matric Certificate.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of supply management duties, practices, and data capturing. Knowledge of asset disposal procedures and legislative frameworks governing Public Service. Understanding of asset management, PFMA, PPPFA, Treasury Regulations, and CET Act. Strong planning, communication, computer literacy, and customer care orientation.
Duties: Provide clerical support in demand and acquisition processes, including requesting quotations, placing orders, and logistical support during bid considerations. Maintain records, filing systems, and administer inventory in line with policies.
Secretary

Knowledge: Knowledge of administration and secretarial duties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime.
Duties: Serve as secretary/administrator to the Director Management Regions. Manage calls, liaise with the Director, prepare documents, manage filing systems, and maintain diaries and appointments.
