Administration Clerk
Location: Pretoria

Salary: R228,321 per annum
Requirements: Grade 12/ Matric Certificate.
Knowledge: Knowledge of clerical duties and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Ability to capture data and use a computer. Strong planning and organizing skills, effective communication (verbal and written), computer literacy, confidentiality, and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and long hours, along with problem analysis and decision-making skills.
Duties: Render general clerical support services. Record, organize, store, capture, and retrieve correspondences and data. Distribute documents/packages to stakeholders. Maintain the filing system and incoming/outgoing register. Liaise with stakeholders regarding procurement of goods and services. Obtain quotations and complete procurement forms. Maintain the asset register and leave register for the component. Document minutes for governance structures and keep attendance registers. Arrange travel and accommodation, capture and update expenditure, and check travel claims.
