Administrative Clerk: Employee Health and Wellness and Occupational Health Safety
Location: National Office: Midrand

Requirements: Grade 12/Senior Certificate. No experience is required. A National Diploma/Degree in Environmental Health, Safety Management, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Knowledge: Understanding of Public Services Legislation, Occupational Health and Safety, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel. Skills in communication, networking, planning, organization, computer literacy (MS Office), and report writing are essential.
Duties: Provide clerical support within the Employee Health and Wellness (EHW) Sub-directorate, assist in coordinating EHW programs, support emergency evacuation drills, prepare internal and external statutory reports, facilitate training for OHS representatives, maintain departmental records, organize committee meetings, and manage EHW-related documentation.
Administrative Clerk: DCRS
Location: Gqeberha High Court, Eastern Cape

Duties: Prepare court proceedings, perform digital recordings, provide administrative support for circuit courts, collect statistics, and assist with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain administrative tasks as needed.
