Job Description
Uluad LLC is seeking a talented Grants Manager / Grant Writer to support our nonprofit clients by managing the full grant process—from research and writing to submission and reporting. Your primary mission will be to secure grant funding that covers our nonprofit clients’ management fees, enabling them to leverage the Google Ad Grants program to scale their mission impact.
This is an exciting role for someone passionate about nonprofit development, fundraising, grant strategy, and proposal writing—with the opportunity to earn significant commissions on successful grant awards.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread grant proposals, LOIs, and reports.
- Manage the full grant lifecycle (research → submission → reporting).
- Identify and qualify grant and funding opportunities for nonprofit clients.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop grant budgets.
- Track deadlines, maintain funding records, and manage reporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and contract requirements.
- Support fundraising and development activities as needed.
- Maintain strong knowledge of nonprofit grant trends, foundations, and funders.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience with grant writing or nonprofit fundraising.
- Strong skills in grant proposal development and technical writing.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform accurate grant research and funding analysis.
- Experience with grant compliance and reporting preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Ad Grants or nonprofit digital marketing a plus (not required).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a remote setting.

Pay: R45,00 – R52,00 per hour
