In this role, you will assist with concrete finishing and various general labor tasks, contributing to the successful completion of our construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools as directed by management.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including the removal and proper disposal of debris and waste materials.
- Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials properly and securing the site daily.
- Load and unload construction supplies from trucks.
- Report incidents immediately to the safety director, foreman, or HR in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide assistance to form carpenters and flat finishers as needed.
