Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage files, documents, and important records to maintain smooth office operations.
- Assist with handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses to clients and team members.
- Support data entry by updating spreadsheets and databases accurately and timely.
- Help prepare reports and presentations by gathering relevant data and creating clear, engaging documents.
