Valterra Platinum invites applications for the Engineering Learnership Programme (18.2 – Unemployed), a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, expand technical knowledge, and explore the mining engineering field.

Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy), Physical Science, and English – all with a minimum 40% pass, OR
- N2 or higher with all subjects as per specific discipline requirements:
- Boilermaker Plater: Plating & Structural Steelwork/Welders Theory, Plating Structural & Steelwork Drawings, Mathematics & Engineering Science
- Electrical: Electrical Trade Theory/Electrotechnology/Electrotechnics and Industrial Electronics, or Engineering Drawings, Mathematics & Engineering Science
- Diesel Mechanic: Diesel/Motor Trade Theory, Engineering Drawings, Mathematics & Engineering Science
- Auto Electrician: Motor Electrical Trade Theory, Industrial Electronics, Mathematics & Engineering Science
- NCV Level 4 in appropriate trade with all subjects passed with a minimum 40% pass
