The Enflotech Group of Companies has officially opened applications for the Draughting Learnership Programme 2026. This is a structured 18-month work-based training programme designed to develop entry-level draughtspersons in mechanical and engineering fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical drawings and plans using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to produce accurate mechanical and engineering designs.
- Apply engineering principles to support design and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in on-the-job training to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Passion for engineering design and mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of computer-aided drafting (CAD) software is advantageous.
- Commitment to complete an 18-month structured learnership programme.
