Blue Label Telecoms: U-Belong Youth Development Programme (Sales Agents)
U-Belong, in partnership with Blu Train, has launched an exciting employment initiative aimed at empowering the youth of South Africa aged 18-28 years. This program is designed to provide valuable employment opportunities while equipping young individuals with the skills necessary to become future entrepreneurs, potentially leading to their own SME telecoms distribution businesses.
Successful candidates will be appointed as Direct Sales Agents.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and drive sales initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets in the field.
- Ensure product knowledge is effectively communicated to clients.
- Process all necessary information accurately for final sales.
- Adhere to the sales team standards checklist.
- Exhibit exemplary customer service skills.
- Be a self-motivated and confident individual, capable of working within a team.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
- Demonstrate resilience, drive, and a passion for reaching targets.
Requirements:
- Aged between 18-28 years.
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Well spoken with good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of using a cellular device.
