How to Apply for the Employee Health and Wellness Internship

Required Documents

  • Complete the NEW Z83 form (effective from 01 January, use of old forms will disqualify application). The form can be downloaded from the official website or obtained at any Public Service Department.
  • A comprehensive CV including three contactable references with email addresses.
  • Original certified copies of qualifications (certification must not be older than six months).
  • Original certified copy of Identity Document (smart card, both front and back).
