Job Description: Learner Intern Grad Engineering – Engineering Design Electrical at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd
Area of Specialisation: Successful applicants will be required to sign a 2 (two) year Internship Contract and will receive a stipend in accordance with Eskom’s company policies and procedures.

Position: Learner Intern Grad Engineering – Engineering Design Electrical
Key Responsibilities
- Implement continuous improvement practices throughout the internship period.
- Execute all assigned duties as per the training program requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and Eskom’s occupational health policies.
- Perform engineering design tasks supporting powerline construction and maintenance.
- Comply with Section 14 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 by discharging employee responsibilities effectively.

- Proficient computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Completed Grade 12 certificate.
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
