Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and coordinate the diary of the Head: Disaster Management.
- Draft correspondence, minutes, and reports.
- File documents and maintain organized records.
- Monitor the Head of Centre (HOC) email address and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare presentations and documents for meetings.
