About the Job
The Digital Support Intern assists the digital team with supporting, tracking, and optimising online video and display advertising campaigns, while gaining hands-on experience in digital advertising operations and reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting and Analysis:
- Helping generate automated reports for campaigns.
- Supporting with analytics templates that highlight campaign trends and performance insights.
- Monitoring campaign performance under guidance.
- Contributing to post-campaign reporting and analysis for internal learning and stakeholder feedback.
Advertisement Operations:
- Helping ensure correct materials (ad creatives, tags, metadata) are provided to relevant platforms or stakeholders.
- Supporting quality checks and campaign implementation across ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager 360.
