Job Purpose
As a Digital Marketing Intern (Fundraising), you will assist the Programme & Impact Manager in supporting lead generation efforts for Amnesty International South Africa’s Individual Giving Programme. Your work will directly impact how we engage with our individual givers, improve acquisition and retention rates, and enhance our fundraising strategies to ensure the sustainability and growth of the organisation.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, drafting, and executing paid social media campaigns to generate leads for the individual giving fundraising programme.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports using analytics tools (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Use insights to test and optimise ad creatives, formats, and audience targeting.
- Research trends and best practices in digital fundraising, especially within NGOs and the human rights sector.
- Assist with data collection and management for lead generation via social media campaigns.

- Bonus: Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe) and landing page builders.
Qualifications
Recently graduated with a degree in Digital Marketing or Communications.
