Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support across various departments
- Compile and maintain records, databases, and administrative registers
- Manage the issuance of furniture, equipment, and accessories to departments and individuals
- Identify redundant, non-serviceable, and obsolete equipment for disposal
- Offer secretariat support to different committees
- Verify and maintain the asset register
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
- Solid administrative capabilities
