Department of Justice: Internship Opportunities 2025
The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ&CD) invites all unemployed graduates and TVET students to apply for departmental graduate and in-service training programmes to gain workplace experience in their respective fields of study.
Duration: The Youth Development Internship Programme lasts for 24 months, while the TVET Internship Programme lasts for 18 months.
Stipend: R7,450.75 per month
Who should apply?
- Unemployed South African graduates and TVET students with a tertiary qualification in one of the specified fields of study.
- Applicants must not have previously participated in any internship programme or in-service training.
NB: These internships are available in all regions/provinces. Candidates applying for internships outside their respective region/province must be willing to find their own accommodation. Separate applications must be submitted for each provincial office, quoting the relevant reference number for the centre of choice.
