**Duties & Responsibilities**
– Deliver timely results while working in a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary environment
– Take responsibility for all administration related to the debarment process
– Capture and record the outcomes of debarment hearings in the required format
– Provide feedback and outcomes of debarment to relevant bodies and business units as requested
– Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate any delays in the debarment process
– Provide clear guidance on debarment matters and processes to the business as requested
– Assist with debarment and enrolment queries, clearing pending business, ensuring correct sales processes, and supporting the capturing of new business within agreed timeframes and service level agreements
– Provide ongoing operational support and reinforce knowledge on business tools, processes, products, compliance requirements, and interpretation of reports in the Channel
– Monitor and compile debarment, audit, and other relevant reports within agreed timeframes
– Investigate reporting discrepancies and escalate where necessary to ensure timely resolution
– Consult with stakeholders and deliver on identified initiatives related to debarments, sales processes, products, systems, and reporting, including input related to design, user testing, and implementation
– Demo new functionalities and processes to stakeholders and document feedback
– Contribute input and present at forums, Manco’s, and planning sessions on core capabilities, root causes, and trends identified
– Ensure that scheduled hearings and meetings are booked and relevant role players are invited
