Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Distribution Centre (DC) testing team in validating operational processes, systems, and infrastructure prior to full-scale launch. Interns will assist in testing workflows, documenting outcomes, identifying inefficiencies, and providing feedback to improve DC readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end testing of DC processes.
- Assist in validating system functionality.
- Document test results, anomalies, and improvement suggestions.
- Support data collection and analysis for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Attend daily stand-ups and contribute to feedback loops.
- Assist in training simulations and onboarding readiness assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols during testing.
