Supreme Processing, a proud member of Country Bird Holdings, is excited to announce the launch of the YES for Youth Learnership Programme. This initiative is designed to provide young South Africans with invaluable workplace experience, reinforcing our commitment to youth development and skills empowerment in the food manufacturing industry.
Programme Overview:
During the 12-month programme, successful candidates will:
- Gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced poultry processing environment.
- Be exposed to various departments, including Production, Quality, and Administration.
- Learn about food safety standards, hygiene practices, and operational procedures.
- Develop essential workplace and employability skills.
- Participate in practical and theoretical training aimed at fostering long-term career growth.
Requirements:
- South African citizen.
- Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Willingness to learn and actively participate in all programme activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
