The Competition Tribunal is excited to announce a paid, full-time internship opportunity for Human Resources graduates. This internship is designed for a duration of twelve months and is aimed at unemployed HR graduates who are eager to gain practical experience by supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks and daily activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment and selection process.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Support termination and onboarding processes and procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of reference and criminal record checks.
- Address health and safety processes and queries.
- Prepare documentation for meetings and departmental engagements.
- Generate HR-related reports as needed.
- Plan and coordinate HR events or functions.
- Assist in implementing Employee Wellness initiatives.
- Support human resources-related administration tasks.
