What You’ll Do

As a Committee Clerk, you’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of committees. Your key duties will include:

  • Travel & Accommodation: Arranging travel and accommodation for committee members, and potentially traveling with the chairperson to provide on-site support.
  • Communication Hub: Liaising with the chairperson and committee members regarding their agendas and programs.
  • Claims Management: Ensuring the proper submission of claims by committee members.
  • Meeting Minutes & Reports: Taking accurate minutes during committee meetings, developing reports, and creating action plans based on committee discussions.
  • Implementation & Budget: Overseeing the implementation of action plans in accordance with the allocated budget.
  • Financial Analysis: Maintaining the sub-directorate register and analyzing expenditure patterns.
