Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Grade 12 / Matric completed in the past 5 years (2019 – 2023)
- Average of 60% for English and Maths or Maths Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Currently unemployed
- Applicants must not have participated in a Learnership before

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a High-Level Customer Service:
- Handle all inbound and outbound interactions.
- Resolve queries and complaints via relevant stakeholders.
- Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and on time according to the daily call list.
- Inform customers of accounts on hold.
- Confirm customer orders as per standard operating procedures.
- Inform relevant stakeholders of issues pertaining to their orders.
- Sell Clover and Principal products as per customer range.
- Offer new or additional products, describing features and special offers.
Promote Teamwork and Cooperation:
- Assist team members to obtain team results.
