Job Responsibilities:
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- Efficiently handle customer queries and resolutions.
- Accurately capture and process orders according to daily schedules.
- Notify customers about any account holds.
- Ensure customer orders conform to standard operating procedures.
- Communicate order-related issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
- Promote new or additional products, highlighting features and special offers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Contribute to and maintain team values and responsibilities.
- Engage actively in team meetings and information management.
Participant Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level 4) within the last 5 years (2020 – 2024).
- Must have scored an average of 60% in English and Mathematics or Maths Literacy.
- Advanced computer literacy skills.
- Must be currently unemployed and have not previously engaged in a Learnership.
