Your role as a Client Solutions Intern will immerse you in FactSet’s solutions, clients, and industry dynamics. This 20-week paid internship, running from February to July, includes comprehensive training and hands-on opportunities to contribute to client projects, engage with clients, and develop innovative solutions to their challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow account teams to understand various client-facing groups and service models.
- Assist account teams with client projects, user training, and strategic initiatives.
- Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals during client interactions.
- Expand your knowledge of financial markets through learning activities and mock demos.
- Complete independent projects and present findings to senior management.
