As an intern, you will support both internal and external clients by maintaining their audit schedules and certification requirements. Your role will be vital in ensuring that BSI upholds the highest levels of client service while adhering to our accreditation rules. Your responsibilities will evolve to meet the dynamic needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls effectively, ensuring adherence to BSI’s “Tone of Voice” and quality guidelines.
- Negotiate with clients regarding diary changes to minimize disruptions while implementing our Short Notice Cancellation policy when necessary.
- Identify, resource, book, and maintain the delivery of all audit work, ensuring cost-effective service using our competent audit team.
- Accurately update internal systems and client records within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Respond to queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex concerns as needed.
- Collaborate across internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment of client needs.
- Ensure all client interactions align with internal policies, procedures, and accreditation rules.
- Perform additional administrative or support duties as required.
- Engage in specific project work to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
