Key Responsibilities
- Uploading new product data and editing existing listings for Retail and Marketplace channels
- Reviewing listings for accuracy, data gaps, and errors
- Ensuring compliance with product information requirements
- Escalating issues when necessary
- Managing workloads to meet predetermined turnaround times
Qualifications & Skills
- N6 Certificate in Business Administration
- Strong written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing digital environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented attitude
- Excellent team player with strong verbal communication
