Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Education: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) with a post-matric qualification (Diploma/Degree, NQF 5, 6, or 7).
  • Experience: Experience as a Teller/Cashier or in a customer service role. Supervisor/Team Lead experience is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • License: Code 08 or Code 10 driver’s license and own car are essential.
