Job Description
As a Sales Supervisor at our Jabulani Mall store, you will lead a team of staff and report directly to the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Computer Literate (MS Office – Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving monthly budgets
- Ensure store administration aligns with Standard Operating Procedures
- Minimize stock losses and implement promotions
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet daily targets
- Provide outstanding customer care and manage customer service operations
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
- Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Responsible for opening and closing the store
