Job Description

Purpose Statement

The role involves welcoming clients and coordinating branch flow through efficient queue management. Responsibilities include delivering excellent client service, assisting clients at ATMs, and completing transactions via remote or self-service channels. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, skills, and experience in service consulting.

Experience Minimum

  • No prior experience required
  • Must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate

Ideal Experience

  • Some client service experience within retail, financial, or banking environments

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Knowledge Requirements

  • Basic calculations
  • Effective client engagement skills

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Knowledge of bank branch environments
  • Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal business processes

  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literacy including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
