Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Maintain weekly transaction and business development trackers; research target assets, buyer profiles, and African market players; analyze portfolio developers, sellers, and lenders across Africa.
- Financial Analysis & Valuation: Assist with property valuations using income, sales comparison, and cost approaches; build financial models for investment analysis and live transactions; prepare cash flow projections and investment return calculations; support due diligence processes.
- Research & Client Support: Contribute to market publications and thought leadership content; maintain comprehensive African real estate databases; support ongoing transactions, pitches, and client events.
Professional Development Opportunities
