Ideal Candidate
COGTA seeks a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) and a National Higher Certificate/Diploma (NQF Level 5) in Public Management, Public Administration, Social Science, or a relevant field.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email is essential. Knowledge of BAS and PERSAL systems is a plus!
- People Person: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Confidentiality is Key: The ability to maintain confidentiality in a government setting is crucial.
- Public Service Knowledge: Familiarity with Public Service Prescripts, including PFMA and Treasury Regulations, is a valuable asset.
