Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market skills development and training solutions to corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct needs analyses and recommend tailored training solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and SETA compliance requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certification.
- National Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ sales experience, preferably within training, development, or educational services.
- Knowledge of SETA-accredited programmes and skills development legislation including the Skills Development Act and BBBEE Codes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
