Freeway Fleet Systems Ltd is seeking a motivated Business Operations Intern to support various aspects of our fleet software business. This internship offers hands-on experience in business development, software implementation, and customer support within the fleet management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify potential clients
- Develop and maintain prospect lists, databases, and CRM systems
- Assist in targeted sales outreach via emails, phone calls, and social media platforms
- Engage with potential clients to understand needs and demonstrate software solutions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align business development efforts
- Analyse competitor activities and market news to inform strategies
- Meet targets for outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation
- Assist Implementation Managers with planning and executing software onboarding projects
- Configure, test, and document software setups for new clients
- Conduct data imports, integrations, and manage migrations
- Offer client training and technical support to ensure seamless software usage
- Resolve or escalate client inquiries and troubleshoot software issues
- Maintain FAQs, user guides, and track client issues using CRM and ticketing systems
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to business development and support processes
- Achieve customer satisfaction and response time goals
