Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in business development and sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to gather information about potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Develop and generate leads through research and outreach.
  • Create prospect lists and maintain a database of potential clients and partners.
  • Support relationship development with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Analyze data to improve business development efficiency.
  • Create sales materials and proposals.
  • Maintain records of business development activities.
  • Maintain good communication with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
    • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and be functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam.
  • A noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
