The learnership aims to equip participants with essential skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving strategic projects and process improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business and technical objectives.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in project planning and execution.
Requirements
- Post-graduates in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Risk Management, Quantitative Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or Data Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Motivated to learn and develop in a business analysis role.
