Selection Criteria
- Unemployed youth, between 18 to 35 years, (SA citizens)
- Not previously participated in an internship programme
- Have completed at least a 3-year qualification from a recognized Institution of Higher Education, registered with the Department of Higher Learning and Technology

Important Notes
- Students are encouraged to list their major subjects on the CV or include the academic record.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of ID documents, qualifications, and recent academic transcripts/records.
- Applications should be made using the BMA application form, indicating the position, e.g., Internship: Human Capital Management (HCM), and using the reference provided in the advert.
