Purpose: To contribute to Bayport Financial Services’ growth and profitability by offering financial wellness consolidation products and services in line with Bayport’s strategy. To improve customers’ overall financial wellbeing through the evaluation of customers’ financial situations, providing them with financial wellness solutions, and educating customers on basic principles of good financial health.

To meet and exceed the minimum key performance areas and set monthly solve targets, delivering on call quality and conversion standards.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
No experience required
Currently unemployed, and not enrolled or attending an educational institution as of the date of application.
Between the ages of 18-35
South African Citizen
