AVBOB & INSETA: Learnership Opportunities 2026
AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is offering a twelve-month Long Term Insurance Learnership programme. This structured work-based learning initiative combines theoretical education through an accredited training provider with practical experience in the workplace, leading to a registered qualification. If you aspire to succeed in the insurance sector, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
A monthly stipend will be provided to learners throughout the duration of the learnership.
Requirements:
- Must have a Grade 12/Matric certificate with English and (Maths or Maths Literacy or Accounting).
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- No previous learnerships attended.
- Should not be registered with another academic institution or engaged in any other studies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills (MS Office, Email, and internet) are an advantage.
- The ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Must be a South African citizen.
