Programme Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy), Physical Science, and English (all with a minimum 40% pass).
- N2 Certificate or higher, with relevant subjects as per the specific Discipline Requirements.
- NCV Level-4 in an appropriate trade, with all subjects passed at a minimum of 40%.
Conditions for Learnership Eligibility:
- Willingness to work in surface or open pit mining areas.
- Ability to work as per the scheduled shifts.
- South African citizenship is a must.
- Successful completion of relevant psychometric assessments.
- Possession of a valid medical fitness certificate.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English.
