Requirements
To qualify for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a BCom or BSc degree in an agriculture-related field, such as Animal Science, Agribusiness, or Poultry Science.
- Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and develop practical skills in poultry production and hatchery operations.
- Be adaptable and able to take on different tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Work well in a team, learning from experienced professionals and contributing positively to discussions.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in reporting, record-keeping, and daily operational tasks.
- Possess good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Be proactive and committed to maximizing the training experience.
- A basic understanding of biosecurity, animal welfare, and hygiene protocols is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is essential.
