This twelve (12) month Learnership Programme is designed to train successful learners in Farming with Crops and Animals. Participants will receive both on-the-job and off-the-job training at AFGRI’s Vastfontein Training Farm located in Pretoria North. Learners will enter into a contract with AFGRI for the duration of the programme.
During the learnership, candidates will gain comprehensive work experience by performing various duties and responsibilities related to the agricultural programme. They will collaborate with a cross-functional team to complete the learnership and contribute to project work supporting the farm operations.
