Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Prior administrative or clerical experience (preferred, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist with general office tasks including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and support internal communications
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
- Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering and inventory
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Help manage digital files and records in accordance with company policies
- Contribute to organizing company events or meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
